With the whole hearted support of the devotees of Thamaramkulangara Sree Dharmasastha, Thamaramkulangara Ayyappa Seva Samithy successfully completed our ambitious project , THE COPPER ROOFING OF HOLY SREEKOVIL WITH GOLD PLATED THAZHIKA KUDAM & THE BRASS COVERING OF SOPANAM STEPS AND SREEKOVIL DOORS.  This was dedicated to Lord Sree Dharmasastha on April 7,2001 on the auspicious day of Painguni Uthram. Brahmasree Puliyannur Murali Narayanan Nambuthiripad, Thantri (Chief Priest), of the temple lead the rituals connected with the Kumbhabhishekam. The total  expense for this holy venture was approximately  Rs.4.25 lakhs. May Thamaramkulangara Sree Dharmasastha shower his choicest blessings on  devotees like you. Devotees participated in  this by contributing  a share  of the  total expense. Cost of one unit was Rs 500/-

             Sree Bhagavathi Sreekovil was also covered with Copper sheets on teakwood base and the Sopanam steps & Sreekovil Doors was covered with Brass sheets. This was dedicated to the Sree Bhagavathi on 8th September, 2002. The Kumbhabhishekam was performed by Brahmasree Puliyannur Anujan Narayanan Nambuthiripad, Thanthri.
